Strategic Question:

If you could restart your career with the knowledge you have today, how would your definition of success change?

Key Insights:

Most of us start our careers chasing a version of success that we didn’t define for ourselves. We inherit ideas from family, society, and mentors, before we’ve had any real experiences of our own.

Your definition of success evolves with experience. Early in your career, success might mean promotions, pay raises, or notoriety. Later in your career success might mean fulfillment, impact, and autonomy.

Your Call to Action:

Write down your vision of success today. Are there any definitions of success you’re holding on to that don’t actually align with your true vision?

What one change can you make this week to align your life with what success really means to you now?

Quote of the Week:

Surround yourself with the dreamer and the doers, the believers and thinkers, but most of all, surround yourself with those who see the greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself.
