Strategic Question:
What stories are you telling yourself, and who wrote them?
Key Insights:
Our external interactions—conversations, media, social circles, culture, and even fleeting encounters—act as both a mirror and a mold for our internal beliefs. Over time, the messages we repeatedly hear shape how we see ourselves, what we believe, and how we interpret the world.
Have you ever paused to consider which parts of your inner dialogue are truly your own, and which were inherited? Being aware of these influences doesn't mean rejecting them all. But it's important to consciously choose which voices will shape who you ultimately become.
Your Call to Action:
Write down a list of all your beliefs, both positive and negative. Once you're done, go back over your list and ask yourself:
When did I first start believing this?
Quote of the Week:
We get to decide what we'll give to the world and what we'll take from it. Love big; Pack light.
